UPDATE

At this time, all available funding for the Special Purpose Fund has been fully allocated, and we are closing the fund to new requests effective immediately. The tremendous response to the fund reflects both the incredible work Native students are doing and the continued need for resources that support their education, professional development, and connection to agriculture and Tribal communities. 

What this means: 

• Requests already submitted: We are continuing to review requests that have already been received and will process them in the order they were submitted, as funding allows. 

• Requests in progress: We are unable to accept new requests or additional submissions at this time. 

• Looking ahead: We are actively seeking additional funding and opportunities so that we can continue supporting Native students. 

While we are saddened that we cannot support every request at this time, we are incredibly proud of the students, projects, and opportunities this fund has helped make possible. Their work, passion, and commitment to the future of agriculture in Tribal communities are an important part of why this program exists.
