Special Purpose Fund
Investing in programs and experiences that create lasting opportunities for students and Tribal communities.
We are pleased to announce the availability of a special purpose fund aimed at supporting Native youth and college students pursuing professional development or participating in agriculturally related activities. This fund is designed to provide financial assistance for a wide range of agricultural pursuits, recognizing the diverse ways in which students engage with agriculture. We understand the unique challenges of Indian Country, and recognize that not every youth has access to traditional FFA or 4-H chapters. We encourage you to apply for support that will help advance your skills and knowledge. This fund is open to Native youth and college students of any age who are involved in agricultural activities, including but not limited to those participating in FFA, 4-H, or other agriculture-related programs. We recognize agriculture in its broadest scope and are committed to supporting all students engaged in agricultural endeavors, regardless of the specific organization or activity. Whether you’re looking to attend a conference, workshop, or participate in an agricultural event, this fund aims to provide the necessary financial assistance to help you succeed and grow in your agricultural journey.
Students Requesting funding for National Convention Travel MUST be submit by September 1, 2026, to be considered. Please note that all awardees are expected to join us for the TAF Meet and Greet at the National Convention.
